Introducing: The Legends Classic
(formerly the Bowen Golf Fundraiser)
For nearly 20 years, the Bowen Golf community has gathered each summer for our annual fundraiser. This year, we’re excited to unveil a new name and fresh focus — while keeping all the camaraderie, competition, and community spirit that make this event so special.
Starting this summer, the tournament will be known as The Legends Classic — a celebration of the individuals who have dedicated their time, energy, and passion to building and supporting the Bowen Island Golf Course. As part of this reimagined event, we’ll be launching a Legends Wall of Fame, with the first inductees announced at the tournament on July 27. This new tradition will honour those who helped shape our course, volunteered their time, and stood out through competitive play — creating a legacy future golfers can learn from and admire.
Proceeds from the event will go toward junior golf initiatives and other essential projects at the Course.
Team Registration: $560 ($140 per person)
Includes: Course-wide activities, complimentary beverage tastings, auction items & exciting contests, buffet-style post round meal.
Your support helps sustain and enhance our course, ensuring it remains a vibrant and welcoming place for years to come.
Double Shotgun Start: 10am & 2pm
After your round, head to The Shed to enjoy a buffet meal and connect with fellow golfers.

As in the past, we are looking for contributions from you. We are looking for Joint Hole Sponsors: individuals, companies and organizations who support Bowen Golf and want to be linked to this important and worthwhile event. If you have participated in the past, or might consider supporting us for the first time, please click here.
We are also looking for Silent Auction items. These might include a product or service from your business; a weekend at your Whistler chalet; bottles of wine or whiskey from your cellars; a catered meal prepared for a small group of friends or family.
